Customers may return unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Return Conditions
Items must:
Be unworn and unwashed
Have all original tags attached
Be free from stains, odours, makeup, pet hair, or damage
Be returned in their original packaging where possible
Arranging the return
For orders over £50 returns are free of charge. For orders under £50 you, the customer, will have to pay for returns.
If there is a fault with the clothing, then the returns charge will be offered has store credit or as a refund (evidence of returns payment is required)
Exchanging for a different size
Items can be exchanged for bigger or smaller sizes. Please contact our support team. You, the customer will have to arrange the return of the item, and once we have received it back, we will send out the new size.
