Why Are Running Leggings £60? We Broke Down the Real Cost

I'm Michael, I run Pure Pace from Morley. We sell running leggings 2 for £30.
People always ask: "How?"
So here's the actual cost breakdown of a pair of running leggings.
What You're Really Paying For at £60
A typical £60 pair from a big brand:
Fabric (polyester / elastane): ~£4-6
Factory labour: ~£3-5
Shipping to UK: ~£2-3
Brand markup (shop rent, staff, ads): ~£45
That £45 markup is rent, influencer deals, and Facebook ads.
What We Do Different
We sell from Morley, not a high street shop.
Same type of fabric: lightweight, 4-way stretch, squat-proof
Same type of factory: we use a small run factory
We don't pay for a high street shop
We don't pay influencers £500 per post
So we can sell them:
1 pair: £19.99
2 pairs: £30
Mix & match Black, Cream, and Brown. High-waisted, dual pockets.

Why 2 for £30?
Because you need more than one pair if you run 3x a week. Washing one pair every day isn't realistic.
2 pairs means you can rotate - one in wash, one ready for parkrun.
That's it. Just leggings that stay up, aren't see-through, and don't cost £60.
If you want to start running, you don't need £120 of leggings. You need £30.
